Kaitlyn Pell PA-C

As the founder and owner of Carolina Skin Clinic, Kaitlyn is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, and advanced facial injectables. She specializes in non-surgical facial restoration yielding elegant, natural, true-to-you results. 

Focusing on full facial assessments and anatomy to achieve balance and harmony, she loves being able to make simple yet significant changes to optimize the unique beauty and restore confidence in each of her patients. In addition to being a Certified Master Injector since 2018, she is an Expert ZO Skin Health provider and certified with several companies like Sciton, Cartessa, NeoGraft, and Thermi.

Kaitlyn’s unique background with plastic surgery, gave her the elaborate knowledge and skills needed to fully understand advanced anatomy and physiology for prevention and treatment of aging. Her training in dermatology allows her to treat multiple skin concerns using prescription medications, medical grade skincare, and in-office procedures to achieve a radiant, clear, and healthy complexion.

Since 2018 she has helped educate and train other medical professionals in the art of medical aesthetics and procedures. Partnering with companies like Allergan, Galderma, Paradigm Medical Communications, MedForce, and more. Kaitlyn invests her time, energy, and resources into helping elevate the entire field of aesthetics as well as serving her community of Chapel Hill as a whole.
