Kaitlyn Pell, PA-C, is the founder and owner of Carolina Skin Clinic and a board-certified Physician Associate with experience in plastic surgery, as well as extensive experience in cosmetic dermatology and advanced facial injectables. She has worked in the aesthetic industry since 2009 and has practiced as an Aesthetic Medicine Physician Associate since 2018, specializing in non-surgical facial restoration with natural, elegant, true-to-you results.
She spent several years working alongside a plastic surgeon in a hands-on, fellowship-style role, refining her craft, assisting in complex surgeries, and developing a deep understanding of facial anatomy, balance, and the aging process. Kaitlyn takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach — making subtle yet meaningful refinements that enhance each individual’s unique beauty and restore confidence.

I earned my Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. My expertise includes a wide range of non-invasive treatments, from Botox and dermal fillers to laser therapies and microneedling with PRP. I stay at the forefront of aesthetic advancements to ensure my patients receive the safest, most effective care.
My approach is collaborative and educational—I believe in guiding patients through their aesthetic journey with honesty and transparency, empowering them with knowledge to make informed choices without pressure. I take the time to listen, educate, and explore all options, so you feel confident and supported in your decisions.
